We are all human and we all make mistakes. When it comes to our designs, we make mistakes (not often, but it DOES happen)…

• We kindly ask all our clients to thoroughly review all artwork before approving the design to move forward to print production.
• Once the design is approved it is deemed FINAL, no edits will be allowed.

ANY EDITS REQUESTED/ MADE will be charged $10 PER EDIT

• In the case that there is work that needs revisions after design was approved, printed, and completed completed from production, the customer is responsible for the expense of the reprint & reproduction at 50% of printing and production cost.

(Please be mindful I am a ONE person operation).

We get it, life happens! Noʻonoʻo Hana is runned by a single person, so we kindly ask for your paitence and understanding.

*Turn around times are set but not always guaranteed

depending on current workload please allow the following:

• designs: 2 days to 1 week
• production time: 2-3 weeks

Production does not start until you, the customer give FINAL DESIGN APPROVAL TO PROCEED TO PRODUCTION.

RUSH FEE(S): anything that is needed within 5 days or less, will be considered a RUSH ORDER cost of production (printing + add ons) at 125% markup. .

example: printing + add-on cost is $40rush fee will be $40 + 125% ($50) = $90total is $90 (does not include design fee)

we will no longer be accepting same day turn-around.

We do not have large commercial grade equipment, nor do we have a commercial / industrial warehouse with laborers or line workers. We kindly ask for your consideration in the goodies you will purchasing / receiving. We’re proud to say that. At least 90% of all our products are handmade here locally! Some are still made in the continental US at ʻohana warehouses, and little is manufactured overseas.

You might notice some products may be slightly off in measurements than the other. And some may have adhesive or glue sticking out. I am far from perfect, so aside from the printing, please keep in mind these items are HANDMADE:

Out vinyl is tear and scratch resistant: made of high quality vinyl that can withstand light scratches and are virtually impossible to tear, enabling them to last a long time.

vinyl is classified as waterproof; but to be safe, if water contacts the vinyl do not rub, gently dab until dry, or water is removed.

The color will fade naturally but for longevity keep out of direct sunlight or sun for long periods of time.

Pens & Pencils : Our Pens & pencils are all hand-wrapped with semipermanent matte vinyl. you will notice where the wrap ends it will naturally lift. This is common and nothing to worry about. Gently and firmly with your finger press on the section that has lifted and rub along the surface until its smooths out.

ʻOahu! Save money on shipping, we’re now offering pick-ups. Upon checkout, you can now select to pick-up your order(s). Please do not show up without a confirmation that your order is ready for pick up, you will be turned away. When your order status changes to “Ready for Pick-up” you will receive an email requesting your reply to confirm a date and time you plan on coming to grab your goodies. You’ll then receive a follow-up email with confirmation and further instructions.

Upon pick-up, your order will be found in a black tote in-front my front door. With your smart device please scan the QRC on the sign or on your order. This is a digital form confirming that you have picked up your order successfully.

This system is created to ensure that you have received your goodies and is received by the correct person(s).

• Continental U.S and U.S. Territories - USPS Priority Mail or US GROUND ADVANTAGE @ $12.00 FLAT RATE
• International Shipping (OUTSIDE of the USA) will arrange and contact upon setting up shipping.
